My claim to fame is I not sure I have a claim to fame or not one I want to mention.
The things I love about property management are Everyday is the same but different. Never being bored at work.
My property management nightmare I had tenants evicted, they broke back into the home & were there when I went to do my final inspection, I had them arrested.
The future of the industry is I think that alot of landlords will try to manage their properties themselves but will come to us when things go pear shaped.
