Senior Property Manager / BDO – Eastern Suburbs – Adelaide SA
Our clients are looking for a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SUPERSTAR to join their team.
In this role you will be accountable for the overseeing of a rental portfolio with support from a trained team of professionals. You must be able to problem solve and your opinion will be sort as to how the business can grow to the next level. You MUST be level headed and have a mature attitude. We are looking for someone who can look at conflict like it is a “customer service” moment. You must possess a strong knowledge of Rental legislation and at least 2 years past experience in a Property Management role. This role is located in the Eastern Suburbs in Adelaide.To work within these teams you will need to bring your sense of humor and have a true desire to be the BEST PM AROUND. We also appreciate that you may be working in a current role, so we are able to meet you after hours via skype.
