Just in case you haven’t heard, The Wealth Conference 2012 has been announced for the 3rd and 4th June. The Wealth Conference was started in 2007 by Ray White. This year the Wealth Conference branches out on it’s own as a property management industry event. Ultimately change for our industry is not going to happen at just a network level. We are all discovering ways to offer our clients more and change their ‘rent collecting’ perceptions. Our cottage industry image is no more as we get closer to a true service based industry. There will be case studies to analyse, workshops to develop new ideas and priorities and a range of industry professionals who are offering their time in one on one meetings with delegates. A significant event at the last conference was the Landlord Panel, which will be returning again following a series of focus groups being held right now. We need to know more about what clients really want and they’ll be there to tell us. The last conference had over 800 delegates, and if our last party was anything to go by, well lets just say it was probably worth the conference ticket alone! This years theme is “Vegas”… more to come after the conference on this. Visit the Wealth Confence 2102 website for all of the agenda descriptions, registration options and a great collection of photos from past conferences. Jump on the end of this forum to let us know if we will be seeing you there! Apmapshere Team.

I would love to go to this event but not sure that I can make it to QLD. Do you sell DVD’s or CD’s of the conference as there are a couple of key subjects that I would love to hear. Thanks |

Hi Lyndell, Unfortuantely at this stage we wont be able to offer any DVD’s post conference, however it is our intention to form some Conference Focus Groups where we can continue the process of always being able to offer more services and tools for you. Keep an eye out at www.wealthconference.com.au on how you can be part of these exciting times in Property Management.

I hope everyone is thinking about attending the Wealth Conference on the 3rd and 4th June, there is so much for all members of the Property Management community, from Property managers to Principals and everyone in between and its just in time for tax time. When you look at the agendas forsome of the other conferences on offer they seem the same as they were 20 years ago with many of the same speakers as well. The wealth Conference conversely is very this century with topics ranging from: Breaking growth limits, Lessons on starting new rent rolls 20 Property Management Urban Myths Doubling Profit with the same clients And many many more sessions, in fact 15 more, PLUS the best party known to man! The only real decision you have to make is can you really afford not be be there if you want to do cutting edge property management. Go to www.wealthconference.com.au You’re all invited, especially you Sam Nokes!

What a Conference. In two days we had, 43 Knowledgable Speakers, 30 Different Sessions, 15 Exhibitors, 9 Specialist Lounge experts, the Apmasphere Lounge and One Massive Party. To date the communciation from delegates has been rolling in since the conference wrap, here is a little of the commentary and some photos from the conference days.
“thanks for the constant lightbulb moments! So glad we went.” Krista Sharp “We now have a To Do list for the second half of this year, we’re pumped.” Daniel Piredda “We’ve started making changes already, awesome conference. I’ll be attending the next one with my entire business.” Lindsay Beagley “Thanks for an amazing two days, we had a great time and got a lot out of it!! We are debriefing and brainstorming now.” Rebecca Sharples “I had the most fantastic weekend and as much as I would like to implement everything it will be a “slowly but surely” process. The most important thing I gained was a renewed energy and drive. I can’t wait for next year!" Kaitlyn Gemai “Had a great time. Vegas party was awesome! Loved having opportunity to move from one breakout session to next. I really love that we are able to be involved in the new processes and new ideas.” Dee Ashworth “The conference was also excellent for our team to spend time together away from the busy day to day business! Great for staff morale” Julie Collins “The overall experience was fantastic, enjoyable and I gained a lot of new knowledge. The entertainment at the party was breath taking and the atmosphere was great, thank you, looking forward to the next one!!” Jamie-Lee Angore “A fantastic conference. Will be walking away very motivated to be “the best”" - Ashleigh Childs “Tom Panos was inspirational – Thank you! Over all very good, Sunday night entertainment – hypnotist was something very different and a very good ice breaker!” - Jan Rosie “The party was amazing!! Everyone over the entire conference welcomed me and was open to talking” Helen Coad
