We are looking for experienced Property Manager’s for several positions located in and around Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and North Queensland.

Here are some of our positions to talk to you about, we don’t advertise all our roles, we are always looking for experienced property manager’s, happy to just have a chat with you about your next move, whether it’s now or you are considering the change. Many Brisbane locations, the CBD or perhaps you may be considering a relocation North Queensland. Excellent roles up that way as well.

If you are considering a move and want to make that change then these roles could be the opportunity that you are looking for. Yes you will need to have your QLD registration and yes you will need to have previous experience however we want someone who has that awesome attitude and LOVES people and property.

You will understand these duties:

• Liaising with tenants and landlords on a daily basis
• Dealing with entry, exit and routine inspections
• Handling maintenance requests in a timely fashion
• Working knowledge of Console and REST
• Be able to manage a portfolio of 120 plus
• Have a customer service focus
• Work hard for everyone but making sure that you having fun as well!

Most of our positions are full time and we are keen to talk to you if you have a mature outlook, great time management skills and the ability to be able to take ownership of your role.
