Breaking a lease may not be a straight forward procedure for a tenant, use the Tenant Initiated Lease Break form to help the tenant understand the penalties that may apply and the conditions for breaking a lease early.  The property management business also benifits because they then have the tenants agreement in writing, in addition to the tenancy agreement, that the tenant will agree to pay the costs.
