During the period of tenancy, usually at the end of a fixed term or a periodic tenancy, the landlord may decide to increase the rent.  A property manager is required to advise the tenant of this change to the tenancy agreement by advising the tenant in writing.  A property manager can use this letter to advise a tenant of the rent increase.
