My property management nightmare
Oh dear, my biggest nightmare is not a particular event but ones where you know they can be sorted but you end up finding out the owner does not live on the same planet as you so a little issue that is resolvable becomes a nightmare.

It has really become a profession over the years which is great.

My name is Cyndi Ward and I have been in Property Management for approximately 18 years and really enjoy the challenge and thrill that everyday brings. I have 3 children; twins that are 15, also a 4 year old and an unbelievably supportive husband.
I have pretty well experienced all tasks within a Property Management Department over the time in the Industry and that gave me the confidents to get my Real Estate License and actually buy into a rent roll about 4 years. I am the Managing Director for the Rental Department at RE/MAX Gold in Gladstone.
I have the privilege of working with a wonderful bunch of Property Managers and we also work with many fantastic Landlords (not all though; as everybody would relate to).
