No worries. I know how hard it is to try and work out an ideal week myself so i'm happy to share what i can.

The only other website similar to this is pmplace which is run by Blayney Potential Plus. I dont like it as much. I've found it very confusing.

The only thing i would suggest is you subscribe to all the industry newletters (E.g. Bob Walters Team, Darren Hunter, etc) I've found some great tips and tools in their newsletters that I use everyday!

Hi Bek,

In our area the main website that generates the most enquiry is realestate.com.au our website provider automatically uploads to our own website, realestate.com, domain.com and i think there is one other.

I think letterbox drop the area around the property with 'just listed' cards and then once we sign a tenant 'just leased' cards.
